Wednesday
- Yoga for relaxation
- 10am to 11.15am: Life often leaves us feeling stressed, tense and out of connection with ourselves. The session uses SRY, a type of yoga that gently releases tension in the spine to let go of tightness throughout the whole body. It’s not about outward appearance, performance or achievement, it’s an opportunity to go inwards. All you need to do is bring yourself just as you are, dressed in comfy, loose clothes and warm socks..
- Chat Café
- 11.30am to 1.30pm: Practise listening and speaking English in a relaxed friendly group. A teacher supports the sessions, but these are not formal ESOL classes. Improve your English skills and meet other women. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided, babies and toddlers are welcome.
Thursday
